Incorrect Address

Customers are held responsible for ensuring they have provided the correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the address stated on your order. If this is not correct and the address is not changed before the products are shipped out, we are unable to reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. If your order safely makes its way back to us, we are able to resend it. 

If you have made a mistake when placing an order, please contact us quickly in order to get this issue resolved.

Order Cancellation

As we start working on orders straight away, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

All orders are final! If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
